CLACKAMAS HEIGHTS  The Housing Authority of Clackamas County is pursuing redevelopment of a 70-year-old public housing community into a mixed use, mixed income neighborhood. We seek to integrate the site residents with the surrounding neighborhood, both physically and socially. Communitas is providing direction on development alternatives, healthy/active living strategies, and the public participation for the master plan.
