SE CORRIDOR  Positioning a 600-acre employment corridor in east Portland as a 21st Century catalyst for economic, social, and environmental revitalization. Communitas was the lead consultant in crafting redevelopment alternatives that seek to leverage existing investments while increasing employment, recreational opportunities, and watershed health in the area. The study incorporated design, economic development, and alternative energy and water systems assessments.
